The Ramat Aviv Tower is an exclusive residential and commercial development located in Ramat Aviv Gimmel, one of North Tel Aviv’s most desirable neighborhoods.
Developed by the Aviv Group and designed by Yashar Architects, this impressive tower received the prestigious award at the 2024 annual international competition organized by the CTBUH World Organization (National Council on Skyscrapers and Urban Building).

The tower features 17 residential levels above two commercial floors, along with five underground parking levels. Residents can enjoy a range of amenities, including a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a gym, and a clubhouse, all conveniently located on the first level above the shops.
The tower’s unique structure maximizes space and features balconies with sea views, addressing the design challenge of creating as many distinctive sea-facing apartments as possible.
The tower’s design is reminiscent of a Rubik’s Cube, with the apartments arranged in six clusters of three floors, each rotated 15 degrees around a central axis.
The building houses 66 apartments, which are arranged in a series of three story tall stacked boxes clad in white HPL panels. As they rise, every other box revolves 15 degrees around the plan’s center point, resulting in a geometrically complex and spatially varied composition. This dynamic arrangement allows for a large variety of apartments with large roof terraces and unique layouts.
