In the bustling industrial area of Ra’anana, at the heart of Israel’s high-tech center, two new ten-story buildings have been erected, featuring a modern commercial complex at their base.
These buildings were designed according to the LEED Silver standard and built to the highest specifications, ensuring advanced environmental development. They are surrounded by carefully developed green areas for the comfort of the tenants. Together, they offer approximately 6,000 square meters of commercial space and about 34,500 square meters of office space, accommodating a wide variety of shops and businesses.
The buildings were designed by Tzur Architects Boni Arim, a world-renowned architectural firm. The design emphasizes efficient space utilization and environmental considerations.
This project is a joint venture between two leading companies: Shufersal Real Estate and Geb-Yam, a pioneer in high-tech parks and employment centers in Israel.
